How can I create a shape using a series of x,y coordinates in CorelDraw ?
I have 3 curves with about 150 coordinates each. The coordinated were generated from an Excel spreadsheet and I am able to create a text file with all the x,y values.
In Autocad, I can use a script to import the data (line command), but is it possible to do something similar in Draw ?

Corel has a scripting language too, and its probably possible but I suspect not easy.

In the past I've done something similar using foxpro to create a postscript file which at its simplest looks something like:

%!PS
50 50 moveto
100 100 lineto
120 150 lineto
closepath
fill
showpage
%End

You can then bring that into Corel using the "Postscript Interpreted" import filter.

Instead of foxpro, you can use any other language you're familiar with that can read the excel file and write to a text file which should be created with a .ps extension.
