I have developed over the years about 100 word documents and I need to import the contents into access table for me to utilize in building an application. All documents have the same format with heading and a table of 4 columns and one row (but multiple bullets in the row). What I need is to import the 4 columns into a 4 fields record in the table, this means each document into one record. Copy and paste is a big hassle and I loose the bullets arrangement . Any help?

I believe you could use Word automation to open the documents, find the "data", and use DAO or ADO to append the data to an Access table.

This isn't the forum to get information about Word VBA and the Word object model.
