I am trying to create a spreadsheet that will automatically import worksheets from excisting worksheets in differant folders on a network? Can it be done. Basically i want to duplicate date from multiple spreadsheets onto a single spreadsheet.
Since each sheet can be a different size in terms of rows & columns of data, using links can be pretty inefficient.
I'd use MS Query via Data/Get External Data/New Database Query...

Once a QueryTable is added to a sheet, all you need do to refresh the data is Data/Refresh That way updating can even be automatic according to your settings in Data/get External Data/Data Range Properties.
