Importing video into Flash MX

Hello,
Does anyone know if it's possible to import Real Media into flash for conversion to a SWF file? I'm trying to convert video into flash and it seems that Real Media has the smallest file size and best quality. If it's not possible to import Real Media into Flash, then what format would work best? I really appreciate any advice.

Don't think so!

Wmv format (Windows MediaPlayer) is probably your next best choice in terms of file size...

You can also take a look at Flix 3.0 form Wildform. For not to lengthy video it does the trick for me. It convert video to swf. Which in turn you can import, or better still, load externaly.
