My boss got a new PC. I am trying to import his user-defined reports which I have found on his old PC and copied over to a network drive. When I import the file it imports and it shows in the list. When I click on the report to open it it says 'There was an error while trying to print report! .....Couldn't find dll something.' I don't know if it is because I have to copy the files locally instead of on a network drive or if I am importing them wrong or copying them from the wrong place. I copy them from c:\program files\nortel networks\symposium express call center\client\en\rpt. Does someone have any ideas. My boss doesn't really want to re-create the reports.

If this is a 4.2 Symposium Express:

Use the Data Migration Wizard to export his data (to a network folder, for example). Go to the new PC and use the Data Migration Wizard to import that data from the storage location to the new PC.
(Start - Programs - Symposium Call Center Client - Data Migration Wizard)
If

If this is a 3.0 Symposium Express:

The Data Migration Utility (a/k/a "Wizard") is on the Symposium Express Windows 2000 Client CD. Locate and doubleclick the datamgr.exe file, then follow the process above.
