Importing .txt File into Excel with VBA

I need to know how to import a .txt file into an Excel template and make sure that everything is in the appropriate cell(s). I am using Office XP. The .txt file will always be in the same format but the amount of data in the file will not be constant.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Record your steps using the macro recorder while conducting the import manually in Excel. That should provide a good basic code, which you can then modify as needed.
