Hello,
I have an eps image that I have imported into quarkxpress. I wanted to make it smaller so I rescaled it in Illustrator, using the scale tool, saved the image as eps, then imported it into quark, but then it looks pixelated. Would anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem?

Thanks

Does it look pixelated on screen or when you print? If you resaved the eps and had the preview set for Black & White instead of 8-Bit Color, it would look really weird on screen in Quark. So check that... Also print it. Quark doesn't always have a high-res preview so sometimes it will print just fine. A vector image shouldn't be bitmapped at all. If it doesn't print nicely, make sure you have a postscript printer.

hey signal49,
thanks for your post. Yes it does look pixelated when I print it. I will check those other settings.
