Importing To Groupwise Address Book 1

I am trying to import a Microsoft address book into the GroupWise address Book under "Frequent Contacts". The issue I am having is the formats for import/export are not the same. is thete a simple way to do this?

I've never come across a simple way to do this. A couple of times I've written programs to read text files and output a .NAB file so Groupwise could import it. Documentation on the format of .NAB files can be found on the Novell site in the knowledgebase.
