I routinely import text files into Access. This has happened without problems until I recently installed Access 97 and 2000 on the same machine. The only bug that I have yet encountered is that when I want to import a file into access 97 (2000 was originally on the machine), I am no longer given the option to import any text or spreadsheet file.

Does anyone know what the reason for this is, or has anyone any experience of how to get around this somewhat irksome quirk?
