Importing Remotely

Hi

I have a 3300 behind the customers firewall.
Im trying to import 100+ speeddials but the page simply freexes when starting the process.
Any ideas? Is anyone aware of any ports on the firewall that need opening??

I believe the Import function uses FTP.

Put it on a pc or server on the location and try it from there

thats what i want to do but unfortunately the way the network / remote access is setup this isint possible

I just imported some settings yesterday without a problem
Maybe you have to wait a little longer
Sometimes you see nothing happening but if you change to another page or program and go back it is done
