Importing Records from MS Outlook into Access 1

I need to import an Outlook template containing eight fields, into MS Access.

Unfortunately I don't know where to start with this process and I am presently forced to

- Convert each of these emails into a .txt format
(as there is no .csv format available)
- Convert each of these files into an Excel format
- Followed by sorting, filtering and transposing.

Is there any way of directly importing these records?

Via the menubar, select FILE | GET EXTERNAL DATA | IMPORT... The Import Dialog box will then appear. In the box entitled "Files of Type", select Outlook(). Then follow the directions from there.
