Importing PST into Calendar & Contacts not working

In a previous post I mentioned our Exchange crashed and we restarted Exchange with an empty Private store file. We recovered our original data into PST files and need to import the recovered Contacts & Calendars into the current production mailboxes.

When we use Outlook import it appears to work normally but when you check the data is not there. Since restarting our system our Blackberrys won't sync into the mailbox either.

Any help is truly appreciated!!

If you are using Outlook to do the job, you don't need to use the import feature. The quickest way is a "copy and paste" once you have added the the pst data file in Outlook (File, New, Outlook data file). After you're done, right click it and close it out.

As for the Blackberry enterprise server, you can do a reinstall so you recreate the missing Blackberry account. Make sure you have the SRP Identifer and Authentication Key.
