Importing photoshop .eps Problem

Hi

I am attempting to import a Photoshop EPS into Freehand.

When I currently import it I only get an empty picture box.

I am planning on sending this document to the printers: so we require spot colours, but I also need to be able to print the document for proofing on our own 'basic' printer.

I am not sure of the settings required when saving in Photoshop and Importing in Freehand to enable me to see the image rather than a picture box.

Any advice would be great.

Sounds like you are saving the EPS from Photoshop without a preview. Make sure that when saving the EPS you select one of the preview options in the EPS Options dialogue.
