Importing pdf files into powerpoint?

there is no simple answer. When you click insert, object, adobe acrobat document, create from file, click on the link button and then browse to find the object.
Once the adobe icon appears in your file you will have to click action settings. Then click on the button to edit the object when clicked.
When you view the presentation, when you click on the object, it will open in acrobat.
That is the only way that I know of.

The other choice, if you're trying to show an example of a form that in PDF is to scan it in as an image, then put it on the slide.
