Importing Outlook Express into Outlook 2007

Does anyone know if I can import my outlook express messages, address book and accounts into office outlook 2007. I'm moving from XP to windows 7 and as far as i can see it only allows you to import the files into it if OE is installed on the same computer but I'm importing from backed up files of my previous computer

Any suggestions?
