Hi, I have managed to link Outlook Calendars into Access but they do not seem to store information such as the date/time of the calendar entry, only the time it was added to outlook.
What I am wanting to do is use Outlook as a central planning tool for peoples diaries (shared) but then interrogate the entries with Access to work out who is visiting certain locations and when.
Is there any way to get more information from out of outlook? I am pretty familiar with VBA if that is the way to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
