Hi,
I wanted to know if somebody could help me importing shipments into o/e 5.2a with sp3.
The scenario is as follows:
1. Using O/E order entry to enter orders (duh!) Then exporting the data to an old manufacturing system.
2. Then when the manufacturing system process the orders (they are shipped out) I get a file to import into Accpac O/E shipments.
This is what the file looks like when I want to import:
"RECTYPE","SHIUNIQ","ORDNUMBER"
"RECTYPE","SHIUNIQ","LINENUM","ITEM","QTYSHIPPED","QTYBACKORD"
"RECTYPE","SHIUNIQ","UNIQUIFIER","DETAILNUM","SERIALNUM"
"RECTYPE","SHIUNIQ","UNIQUIFIER","DETAILNUM","COINTYPE","COIN"
"1",0,"00000064"
"2",0,32,"A1-103/0",10,0
"2",0,64,"A1-320/0",12,0
"2",0,96,"A1-401/0",14,0
"1",0,"00000065"
"2",0,32,"A1-500/0",87,0
"2",0,64,"A1-755/G",23,0
"2",0,96,"D1-608/B",10,0
The problem is: The file gets imported with no errors, the shipment is created, but the quantity shipped or backordered are not changed at all. (They remain the same).
Any thoughts?
