Importing MS Outlook address book to another PC

I'm not sure this is necessarily the best way but this is how I complete that task.
Use the File > Import and Export option. Export the Contacts folder to a file then copy the file over onto the other computer and use the same process to Import it onto the second computer (straight into the Contacts folder).
