Can anyone tell me how to import a AVI or MPEG file into a webpage using dreamweaver 4 or Dreamweaver MX

i dont have MX. but this HTML ought to do it:
<embed src=&quot;AVI PATH&quot;></embed>

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull
