Importing into IM.Price Issues

I am tring to Import a csv file with import master on MAS90 3.61 and it will not import for nothing. Her is a sample of my csv file

Price_Code_Rec, Price_Code, PC_Cust_Prc_Lvl, ItemNumber, IM_Cust_Prc_Lvl, Division_No, Customer_No, Disc_Mkup_Prcr1

I have those select fields listed in the import master data, when importing i see the first record (1) and nothing else. Can someone please help?

I'd used the import below with success, however, we are still on the older version 3.21
