Just about to start mass importing records into act. My question is I have two .csv files which I can import into act with no problems. What I would like to do is be able to import them into act and have them automatically into groups by company name.
Basically the two spreadsheets have some of the same data on them.. ie company name and location. Is there a way to do this? It's hard to explain in words. I tried to download the ITImport but it keeps giving me an error message.
