Hi, we had a power outage and all of the additional folders that i created are now missing when i open outlook exp. The thing is though, the files for those folders are still there, but i cannont import them it gives me this erroe:
No messages can be found in this folder or another application is running that has the required files open.
Please select another folder or try closing applications that may have files open.
i am lost and have tried everything except uninstalling, reinstalling outlook exp. if anybody konws if this will actually work, or anything elso to try i would greatly appreciate it,
