Importing in Oracle

I still don't get it... How do I import an export made by simply rightclicking and chosing export?
To more precize, how do I import such a (dump?) file?

Ow... as you can see I'm kinda dumb with Oracle :)

Í don't know what package I'm using... when I right click I can chose export... When I do that, it makes some sort of dump file. Don't know the extention at this time.
