Importing images in flash 4.0????

Hi there, i am having problems with importing images (jpg) in flash 4.0. After i've imported the image and do a 'test movie' the image looks very bad. I have tried every setting in photoshop (i think) but still no improvement. Any suggestions?

This shouldn't be a problem!
What's the size in pixels of your movie?
What's the size in pixels of the jpg you're trying to import?
To what JPEG QUALITY is your Flash Publish settings, set to?
Did you export this jpg normally from photoshop?
Can you upload that jpg to your site and give us a link to it?

i had a similar problem once when i pasted a few jpg images to Flash and i resized them to be smaller, then turned around and rescaled them to be a little bit larger. that is when i came into that prob. would you be doing the same? because when i repasted it to flash, i just scaled it down once. also i got a poor image and made it smaller just a little bit and it somehow looked of a better quality jpg.
