Importing GIF with transparent background 1

I want to import a GIF with a transparent background in Director, but I don't know how. I use Imort/bitmap then stage (24 bits) , actually i tried all the settings. But it doesn't work.

I'm not sure how to do it with GIF, but try saving your graphic in PNG format.

I use PNG format to import graphic with transparent background.
