importing from photoshop

i want to place a frame that i created in photoshop in indesign.
the problem is that because it is high resulutuon (300 dpi) and i put it in the master page of a document that has a lot of pages the size of the file becoming very big.

my question is if there is an option to bring the frame itself without all the white background that inside it.

i will be galde and thankfull to know how to do it.

Save as .psd

Make a clipping path in photoshop. If unfamiliar, open photoshop help and type "clipping path" into search help.
