I am importing a series of Outlook forms that contain the same eight fields into Access.
However having successfully imported these records via the “Get External Data” option, I only seem to have imported the static email Categories / Fields, i.e. ID, Importance, Icon, Sender name, etc.
While those fields that have been specifically created for this template and require end user selection, i.e. Customer names and product requested, are not listed at all.
Is it possible that some attributes been imbedded within the template, preventing me from exporting all of my fields?
