Importing from Excel to Access

Hello,
I would be very grateful for an advice on how to transfer my data from Excel, which is in the matrix form: Rows are Years and Columns are Countries with statistical Data on the intersections, into a proper MS Access table with the structure as follows: Counrty, Year, Data.

Hi I think the easiest way would be to first in excel copy the first column containing the country names and paste to a new worksheet.
then select the data and column titles( years) and do a special paste : transpose.
the data will then be ready to import in access
