NEED HELP!

Ive got a complex excel spreadsheet with multiple information (catalogue content eg, product name, price description, features, sex, colour, size and code are the ones I need to select...) and I need to then place them into the indesign file and apply styles (which I can manage)...

Im struggling with where to start on the excel side of things...

Can I do this? Is it possible?

HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP!

PLEASE!

It depends on what problems you're having when you bring in the data and how you want it to end up.

Is it going into a single table? One thing that could help is to save the spreadsheet as tab-delimited text. C&P the text into a text box, select all the text and convert it into a table.

If you want to import lots of fields in lots of permutations, you could buy InData which is fiddly if you aren't used to xml but produces good results.
