Looking for the best way to import data from an Access table -

I have multiple project information being stored in the same table. I need to be able to extract only information relating to a single project, not all of them. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks,

MD

Suggestions:
One - if you are using a "cut and paste" technique, restrict your view on the copy step to just those rows desired. I.e., if you have rows hidden (like lower level tasks) from view, they don't copy.
Two - if you are using code to automate the process, then do the sorting out in Access using a filter.
Three - if you absolutely want to have only certain records imported, AND automation, then run an automated export to excel format. Import the spreadsheet to an intermediate table, then pull the records from that intermediate table.

Those are the only ways I know of to accomplish this.
