I have successfully imported the pop up menu into Dreamweaver without any problems using the "Insert Fireworks HTML" option. What I was wondering though is can I make a change to the pop up menu and have that change recognized by every page that uses that Fireworks HTML file. What I'm trying to prevent is having to open every page that uses this file and then modifying it each time I make a change to the menu. Any help is appreciated.

You should use the UPDATE HTML option.
Great option, one of the best things about FW.
We use this to modify menus updates all the time.
This assume you've already done an export /or/ code copy to HTML/DW:
Open your PNG file, make whatever changes you like.
CHOOSE > FILE > UPDATE HTML
You will be prompted where your HTML file is.
You will be prompted if you want to just update HTML and/OR IMAGES or both. I believe (going from memory here) that you may also have to specify where the images are you wish to update/replace (ie in a sub folder).
And it does it all just like that, voila, updated.
Love this option.

Sorry --- forget to mention a critical element here:
You should move your menus to an include file area and then only have to update it once, in that one include file. This make life immensely easier. Always.
Do that first, one time only, then do your PNG updates to the include file.
