Importing Express Toolbars.

I suppose this question has been asked a hundred times
before, but how do I import the bonus toolbars in acad
r14 including express layer manager etc, into ADT r2??
Do I use acad lisp?? and what is the strings of commands
I should use for this??? Jay~
