Importing explorer settings from a hard drive

Hi all

My old computer died and I bought a new one and put the old master drive as a slave drive. Now I would like to import settings from the slave drive to Internet Explorer. In particular, I would like to import a certificate!

Is there any way to do this or am I going to have to wait til I fixed up the old comp?
