Importing Excel Spreadsheet into QUARK 4.1

Hey there,

I've got an ancient version of Quark Express. I'm running version 4.1

I have an Excel spreadsheet that I need to convert to a quark file. I have found many tutorials on converting Quark to Excel but I need Excel to Quark but within version 4.1 capabilities.

I would appreciate anyones help/comments.

QuarkXPress 4 alone will not load XLS. A third party XT might be available.

You need to convert the XLS to CSV in Excel and then place that text file in QuarkXPress 4 to fake a table. Then you will need to draw cell lines if necessary.

Yup - or if you can find an older X-data Xtension - works with delimited text files.
