Importing excel into word docs with editiing capability

is is possible to import excel workbooks into word docs and be able to edit the excel sheets? there will be complex formulas in the sheet. any help would be awsome...thanks!

Unless I am misunderstanding what you need, you can use the Insert/Object/Create From File tab to either import a workbook or link to the workbook.

In the Answer Wizard window of Word's Help menu, type:

Insert a Microsoft Excel worksheet or chart into a Word document

Particularly, read the first link, "Learn about inserting Microsoft Excel worksheets or charts into a document". Hope that gets you started then if you need more help, add another post on this thread.
