Importing E-mail Messages From UNIX Mailbox

I'm migrating to Groupwise and wish to import my e-mail messages. I can only find a utility to import from Outlook Express. But I can only output my e-mail as a UNIX mailbox format *.mbx or *.mbox (although it actually ecports it without any extention so I'm not sure what extension I should use). The original mailboxes are in 'The Bat' format = *.TBB but this is a rather special format not used by many users.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
