Importing e-mail in outlook express

I have supplied a user with a new machine but I am unable to transfer all of her mail from the existing machine using outlook express 6
When I import the mail it only ever shows me the original folders ie Inbox, outbox sent Items etc.not the user created ones

If won't let me import any folder created by the user

I have also tried manually copying the dbx files to the correct location.

This is something I have done many time without issue

Copy the missing .dbx folders from the old machine to the correct store location on the new machine. Then, delete folders.dbx. Start OE & see if the missing ones get picked up.
