You should be able to write an agent or LotusScript on a button that will do this. You will probably have to create an ODBC connection and then write SQL statements and loop through the result set and create a new document for each record and then fill in the fields of the document with the appropriate fields from the database. See thread245-404298 for information on connecting to the ODBC and writing SQL queries.
