Depends on what you want to do. You could highlight all the cells, COPY and then PASTE into a new sheet. If you want to bring certain features across (or not, such as formulas etc,) then you can take a look at PASTE SPECIAL, which gives you a bunch of options.
To quickly copy an entire worksheet, you can
right-click on the worksheet's "tab" and select
"Move or Copy...". Then, check the "Create a
copy" checkbox and choose which workbook
to copy it into.
