I have been trying to import data into an existing table i have and i have been having problems. The data is all similar and there is the same number of fields. If anyone has any suggestions for me I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Importing Data Into an Existing Table

Look into append queries, they add data onto existing tables. Another option is to copy/paste into the table by opening the data to be copied, copying it, opening the destination table and clicking edit Paste Append.
