Importing data from Excel to Access - Automated

Hello All,
I am trying to create a automated process to import data from a Excel document to a Access DB.
Basically trying to setup a regular data feed.
Whats the simplest method to do this.
If there are any documents on this like a tutorial, please advice.

Simplest and the easiest way to automate Import Data Process is to create a Macro.

Click on Macro Tab
Click on New
Under Action Column
Select "TransferSpreadsheet"
Fill-in the required parameters below (Its easy)
Save and Close the Macro

Run it as frequently as you wish.
