Importing data from Excel is getting error?

Hi,
I am trying Import data from Excel file, My ASP.Net application throwing the error “Access Denied”. From the text file, Import is working fine.
Pls guide me how to resolve the issue.
I am using ASP.Net 2003, IIS 6.0, SQL server 2000, IE 6.0

Access Denied

The account which your application is running under does not have access to the file. You will have to give it the relevant permissions.
