Hi

I am developig a data base where I have two from A and B
The user feeds data into one form (A) Is it possible to import that data into other form (B) Please help Would like to use formula and not script as am bit scarry of writing scripts.

You have the Inheritance functionality for that. Your only constraint is that it only works at the creation of the document, and a document can only inherit from the currently selected document. Given that you state that the db is in development, you really should study that in the Developer's Help db.

Anything else is going to require quite a bit of formula writing and frankly, I would really give LS a try if you are attempting to sync existing documents together.

Pascal.
