Importing Custom Form

I try to import Custom form in a other machine,

evry time they says can not read file

the only thing change this machine use winMe
any idea

What version of Great Plains are you running?

There is a known issue with exporting and importing customisation packages with v8.0. It is fixed in the v8.0 SP2 version of the Dexterity Runtime engine.

If you are running v8.0, please install SP2.

I find how,

i post the information for someone get this problem
if i put the file i have to importe into the folder where great plains is install, and try to import it for a reason that i don't know like this is work
