Importing Contacts

I'm trying to import a contact into Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 and keep getting the following message.."To import contacts, you must have an Address Book compatible with Windows SharePoint Services and you must have Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater". I am running Outlook 2007 and have IE 7. Can someone assist?
