Importing and exporting Text or Flat Files

Use the SSIS Import / Export wizard or create an SSIS package by hand or use the BCP command line utility or the BULK INSERT T-SQL command.
The Import / Export Wizard can be found by right clicking a database and going to the sub menu under All Tasks.
