Importing and Exporting Groups of Access Objects

I am working on a large access application. I am using the "Groups" to stage production changes. Is there a way to either cycle through the objects in a "Group" and export them to another database or just batch them up as a group and export them to another database.

I know that I can export them one at a time; but I would rather export them to another database.

I would like to optionally create a list of objects that I would be able to import as a table, rename the current objects and then import the new objects.
