Hi,

I have an excel file that I wish to import into a new table within my MS 2000 db, but I would like to keep the same order of the records from the excel file to Access.

Whenever I try importing it, I notive the records are not coming in the same order as they were in the excel file? I haven't done any sorting in any why to my knowledge? Why is this happening?

I need help fast. Thank you

Does the table have a Primary key defined? Access is probably sorting by the primary key. Terry L. Broadbent
