Importing Access Tables

We have two MS Access databases in which we want to import certain columns from one table of one database to certain columns in another table in the other database. Can anyone suggest something, maybe a macro procedure that I'm overlooking or a module (I'm not a VB programmer unfortunately). Thanks.

Have you tried the TransferDatabase in the marco's?

Looking for help check the FAQ's first then do a search then ask. Worked for me.
