Importing Access data into a Distribution List in Outlook XP

Hey guys,

I have a table in Access XP containing contact names and e-mail addresses. Can Outlook XP import this data in a Distribution List so a single e-mail message can be e-mail merged.

If this is not possible, what would be the best way of doing it?
